Our Services
Plastic Injection Molding
Our plastic injection molding setup include 50+ injection molding machines including two state of the art high precision all-electric machines as well. The range begins from 45 tons to 1500 tons of clamping force. Some of these machines have been equipped with robotic arms to increase efficiency and reduce the error margins besides reduction in the cycling.

Assembly
Finishing and Assembly's Bindal Technopolymer Private Limited (BTPL) offers a number of post-molding and secondary manufacturing and finishing services.

Pad Printing
Pad printing is a versatile and highly reliable printing technique used to transfer 2D images onto 3D objects and irregular surfaces. Unlike traditional printing methods, pad printing uses a soft silicone pad that picks up ink from an etched printing plate and transfers it precisely onto the product surface, regardless of shape or texture.

Heat Transfer Labeling
Heat transfer labeling is a modern decoration technique that uses heat and pressure to transfer pre-printed designs directly onto a product surface. Unlike traditional labels or stickers, heat transfer labels become a permanent part of the material, offering a smooth, tagless, and durable finish. This process ensures a premium look, excellent print clarity, and long-lasting performance even under frequent use.

Screen Printing
Screen printing is one of the oldest and most reliable printing methods, widely used for applying bold, vibrant, and long-lasting designs on a wide range of materials. The process involves pressing ink through a fine mesh screen (stencil) onto the surface of the product. Each color is applied using a separate screen, allowing for sharp, detailed, and multi-colored prints. Due to its durability and adaptability, screen printing remains a popular choice in both industrial applications and commercial branding.
