  • Certified/audited financial information (e.g., Balance Sheet and Income Statement), a copy of your signed income tax return (US applicants only) or your Annual Report to Shareholders.
  • Current and valid copy of certificate of incorporation/business certificate or national equivalent.

The organization reserves the right to request additional documents (e.g., client references for the past 12 months, latest ISO certificate or equivalent).
